Master Chef Claudio Abraham has been the producer of fine Argentine cuisine at the Ranch since the beginning of the operation in 1998. A graduate of the Gato Dumas Cooking School in Buenos Aires, Claudio is one of the finest chefs in all of Argentina. The other amazing talent for providing guest pleasures is Patricia Dalton, who is our supreme pastry chef and fully-accredited sommelier. Her superb dessert offerings and wine selections are the ideal complement to the delicious and creative menu offered every night (including the weekly asado in our outdoor dining area).
