One thing to note is that all payments are non-refundable. For this reason, we strongly suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance that covers the entirety of your trip. If you’re interested in the names of the two companies many of our guests use, please let us know and we’ll be happy to forward that to you.
Upon making a reservation, a 50% deposit will be requested (by electronic check, standard check or credit card) in order to secure your stay at Patagonia River Ranch. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
If for some reason you are unable to take your trip, you can also transfer the deposit into someone else’s name (family or friend, etc.) and they will receive 100% of your deposit credit to go in your place.
